Elderton State Bank is taking applications for the position of Consumer Loan Officer 1.  Applicants must possess strong communication and customer service skills.   Prior lending experience is preferred.  Registration through the NMLS registry is required. Competitive wage and benefits.

Department:  Retail Lending, Main Office

General Responsibilities:  Responsible for performing a variety of duties to meet the consumer lending needs of Bank customers including automobile and unsecured loans as well as residential mortgages; achieving customer service goals as established in the department’s annual operating plan; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the consumer lending function and complying with federal banking regulations; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Valid driver’s license required.
