Elderton State Bank is seeking applicants for the position of Electronic Services Representative.  Individuals must possess strong communication and customer service skills.  Primary duties will encompass servicing customers in the bank’s online banking, card services, and remote deposit capture products.  Position may serve as a back-up in the proof operations and telephone switchboard areas.  Prior banking and computer knowledge is preferred.

Duties include the following:

1. Supports the Bank’s electronic services as illustrated by the following:
2. Supports the Bank’s ATM processing system and debit card system.
3. Supports the Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture system.
4. Supports the Bank’s online banking system.
5. Assists customers in obtaining specialized services; provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.
6. Processes chargebacks and prepares notices.
